This micromotor kit is perfect for light deburring of castings, bright cutting in jewelry making, and fine finishing of wood.

The kit includes several useful components such as a control box, handle with collet, variable speed foot pedal control, handle bracket, spare pair of motor brushes, spare fuse and collet replacement wrench to provide complete job support.

Control Box Features

The back of the control box is designed with a convenient voltage selector switch that allows operation to be switched between 115 volts or 230 volts, allowing the user to adjust the voltage to the specific work environment.

The kit is currently preset for 110-115 volt use, ensuring ease of use right out of the box. The control unit converts incoming AC power to DC power for the handle, ensuring stable operation.

Performance Advantages

Compared to conventional flexible shaft machines, this micromotor has a relatively low torque but higher speed, so although the material removal rate is comparable to that of a flexible shaft machine, the micromotor provides a lighter hand during operation, making it more suitable for tasks that require fine machining.

In addition, the handle motor is connected to the control box only by a simple cable, dramatically reducing the feeling of constraint when moving. Unlike traditional flexible shaft machines that “drag” and restrict movement, the micromotor design provides greater freedom of operation, allowing the user to perform a variety of tasks with greater ease.
